ABC covers the basics of operating a boat safely, including rules of the road, aids to navigation, required equipment, and boat handling techniques. Each class is a live, interactive, virtual presentation using ZOOM on 4 weekday evenings  (May 4, 11, 18 and 25) followed by a “drive in” in-person, proctored exam given the Sunday morning following the last class. Attendance at all 4 days plus the exam is required.
