Maine Coast Cruising and Daysailing

Interested in sailing the classic Contessa 32?  Looking for crew (beginners to experienced) for both daysailing and cruising the Maine coast for the 2022 season.  The daysailing mooring is in West Bath on Casco Bay, Maine.  Currently, I singlehand the boat most of the time (especially recently with Covid), but help and company are welcome. I’m retired, sailing on average 3 to 4 days a week as conditions allow.  Willing to teach beginners daysailing and hoping to add more experienced crew for longer cruises down the coast of Maine and perhaps to Nova Scotia if Covid restrictions make entry into Canada possible.  I am a moderately experienced sailor having logged thousands of miles daysailing and coastal cruising in multiple boats of different sizes.   My offshore experience is limited to a few longer crossings.  The Contessa 32 is a legendary blue water cruising racer designed for sailing with a large, safe cockpit for heavy conditions.  The design does result in a smaller cabin with head and galley.  The limited head clearance can trouble some taller sailors.  Two or three are comfortable on board.  The boat is well equipped with a new engine, up to date electronics, safety gear and a nutshell pram towed dingy.
