CT based 42 yo male who's fairly new to sailing. I have 3 years experience on a 23' daysailor on LI Sound and two 7 day cruises aboard a 40' sloop in Florida. ASA certified but would like more opportunities on the water.. anything from a day's sail up to 3-4 day trips. Maine Sailor wants experience on bigger boats.
I have a 17' Siren day sailer on Frenchman's Bay near Mount. Desert Island in Maine. Anyone's welcome to give me a call if they are visiting and want to go for a sail.
I'm also interested in getting a bigger boat ~30' next year; an older FG boat I can take trips on, and I'd be interested getting some experience on bigger sailboats up and down the coast. Who knows, maybe I'll make it down to the Caribbean this year!
I can do anything but cook; woodworking, electrical, painting, some FG, computer, etc; love folk music and dance.

Hello! I grew up in Maine but never learned to sail until this summer on Lake Michigan in Chicago, IL. I've been taking lessons thru 3rd Coast Cruising on boats ranging from 30’ to 36’ both wheel and tiller. I have helmed in 22+ knots. Know all the positions. Grew up sailing I have chartered in the West Indies and have owned a 48 foot Dedood Yawl in Vancouver, B.C. I am 62 years old in good health and looking for some opportunities to sail on the Maine Coast. Strong kayaker with trips to the Queen Charlottes, San Juans, Baja, Lofoten Is. of Norway an the Kenai Fjords of Alaska. Good on board cook. Lived and worked as a diver on the Miami Seaquarium 70 foot trawler in my younger years.
I am currently retired and can make time for good cruise.

day overnight cruise crew
Husband and wife looking to crew day or overnight cruisers. I have recently been assigned to a project in Augusta ME from AZ. My wife is with me for the summer. I am experienced lake and costal cruiser sailor with 26-40 ft boats. When home we are sailing 2-3 days every week and are missing being on the water. Will pay expenses.
